Instructor - Web Development
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Teach and mentor trainees across TEKHUB Academy's Web Development courses (Fullstack with AI Architecture, Web Interface Engineering, and Backend tracks in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and Python/Django), guiding them from fundamentals to production-ready, portfolio-worthy projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on professional web development experience
- Practical fluency in at least two of: PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Python/Django, modern JavaScript/frontend frameworks
- A track record of real, shippable projects (portfolio or GitHub required)
Qualifications:
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is an advantage, not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and patience working with learners at different levels
- Genuine alignment with TEKHUB's project-based, Sophisticoded teaching philosophy
Software Developer
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Join TEKHUB's development team building and maintaining real, live products - including tekhub.ng itself, FlashVerify (our attendance/identity platform), and other client-facing tools - not training exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years professional software development experience
- Practical fluency in PHP/MySQL and modern JavaScript; experience with a backend framework is a plus
- A portfolio of real, shipped work (personal projects, freelance, or professional)
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working across the stack - from database design to front-end interactivity
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; writes clean, maintainable code
- Collaborative mindset - you'll work directly with our CTO and existing dev team on live production systems
Assistant Academy Lead
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Support the Academy Lead in running TEKHUB Academy day-to-day - coordinating instructors, tracking trainee progress and cohort schedules, and helping keep every course track running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in academic administration, programme coordination, or a training/education environment
- Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple cohorts and schedules at once
Qualifications:
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with basic admin/tech tools (spreadsheets, scheduling, learner tracking)
- A genuine interest in tech education and TEKHUB's mission
Senior Intern (Level II)
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
An advanced 12-month internship for candidates ready to take on real responsibility - supporting training delivery, technical/operational work, and organisational projects with greater independence, while mentoring Junior Interns.
Open to NYSC, OND Industrial Training, SIWES, and other approved internship programmes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated competence, reliability, and initiative in your area of placement
- Willingness to take on real project/training responsibility, not just observation
Qualifications:
- Where technical knowledge, practical skills, or workplace soft skills aren't yet at the required level, you'll complete the relevant TEKHUB training programme alongside your internship (SIWES-style 50% training fee discount applies)
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
Outstanding performance over the 12 months may lead to consideration for a permanent Staff Facilitator/Trainer role - promotion is performance-based, not automatic.
Instructor - Mobile App Development
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Lead TEKHUB Academy's Mobile Application Development course, taking trainees from core mobile fundamentals to a shipped, working app.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years building and shipping mobile applications (Flutter/Dart preferred; native Android/iOS experience also considered)
- At least one published or production-grade app you can demonstrate
Qualifications:
- Comfortable teaching state management, REST API integration, and app deployment/publishing
- Prior mentoring or training experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and hands-on coaching ability
Assistant Marketing Lead
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Support the Marketing/HR Lead in growing TEKHUB's brand and reach - assisting with content, campaigns, social media, and community/event promotion across TEKHUB's Academy, AI-Vantage series, and community programmes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
- A portfolio or examples of content/campaigns you've contributed to
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
- Creative, organised, and comfortable working to campaign deadlines
Junior Intern (Level III)
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
The entry point into TEKHUB's internship programme (1-6 months) - structured, supervised exposure to real organisational work, building the technical competence and professional habits needed to grow.
Open to NYSC, OND Industrial Training, SIWES, and other approved internship programmes.
Requirements:
- A genuine willingness to learn and take direction from senior personnel
- Basic foundational knowledge in your area of interest (full beginners welcome)
Qualifications:
- Interns without sufficient technical or soft-skill foundations will be enrolled in the appropriate TEKHUB training programme as part of the internship (SIWES-style 50% training fee discount applies)
- Professional conduct, teamwork, and communication skills
Strong performers may progress to the Senior Intern (Level II) programme.
Instructor - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Teach TEKHUB Academy's AI-focused tracks - AI Prompt Engineering & Automation, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning with Python - helping trainees build real, working AI-powered tools and models.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years practical experience with Python-based ML/AI development (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or applied LLM/prompt-engineering work)
- Demonstrable project work: models trained, tools shipped, or applied AI systems built
Qualifications:
- Comfortable explaining AI concepts in plain terms to learners from non-technical backgrounds
- Familiarity with current applied-AI practice
- Strong communication and mentoring ability
Research & Development
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Drive applied research and new curriculum/product exploration for TEKHUB - evaluating emerging technologies, feeding new course development, and supporting applied-AI initiatives such as the AI-Vantage series.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical research, product development, or applied-engineering role
- Strong self-directed research ability and comfort working with emerging or unproven technology
Qualifications:
- Technical background in software, AI/ML, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong written communication - you'll be turning research into usable curriculum and internal documentation
- Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Instructor - Data Science, Analytics & Big Data
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Teach across TEKHUB Academy's Data Science (Python/Numpy/Pandas), Data Analytics, and Big Data Engineering courses, building trainees' ability to work with real datasets end-to-end.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in data analysis, data science, or big data engineering
- Practical fluency in Python (Pandas/Numpy) and standard data visualization/analytics tooling
Qualifications:
- Experience with big-data tooling (e.g. Spark, distributed processing) is an advantage for the Big Data track
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a focus on teaching data intuition, not just tools
Instructor - Robotics, Hardware & IoT Engineering
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Lead hands-on instruction across TEKHUB Academy's Robotics/Mechatronics, Hardware Engineering, Home Automation, Solar & CCTV Installation, and Matlab with C courses - practical, build-it-yourself engineering training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems/electronics, or hardware engineering
- Comfortable teaching in a physical lab/workshop setting with real components and tools
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of microcontrollers (Arduino or similar), circuit design, and IoT/home-automation systems
- Matlab proficiency is an advantage
- Strong safety awareness and hands-on mentoring ability
Instructor - Cybersecurity
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Teach TEKHUB Academy's Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security course, training the next generation of penetration testers, security analysts, and SOC professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or security operations
- Working proficiency with Kali Linux, OWASP methodology, and common security tooling
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (CEH, Security+, OSCP or similar) are an advantage, not mandatory
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a responsible, ethics-first approach to teaching offensive security
Instructor - Web3 & Blockchain Development
Awka, Anambra - Onsite
Teach TEKHUB Academy's Web3 & Blockchain Development course, guiding trainees from core blockchain fundamentals to building and deploying real smart contracts and dApps.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building on blockchain platforms (Solidity/EVM experience preferred)
- Demonstrable project work: deployed contracts, dApps, or blockchain tooling
Qualifications:
- Comfortable teaching both the technical and conceptual sides of Web3 (security, gas optimization, wallets)

Instructor - DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

Instructor - Product & Graphics Design

Teach TEKHUB Academy's Product Design (UI/UX) and Graphics Design (Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva) courses, developing trainees' design thinking and real-world portfolio work.

- Minimum 2 years professional design experience (UI/UX and/or graphic design)
- A strong personal portfolio demonstrating real client or product work

Instructor - Digital Marketing

Instructor - Digital Literacy & Kids Coding

Teach TEKHUB Academy's Basic Computer Usage & Administration course and the Kids Bootcamp programme, introducing complete beginners - adults and children as young as 7 - to technology and coding fundamentals.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching or mentoring beginners, ideally including children
- Strong foundational computer literacy and, for the Kids track, basic coding fundamentals
Qualifications:
- Exceptional patience, warmth, and communication skills
- Prior classroom, tutoring, or facilitation experience preferred
